Returns.
We want your Wrashie to fit perfectly, and so are happy to exchange for another size if you get in touch within 14 days of your order. Returns will be processed as an exchange or for store credit only, and only if the product is returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with any/all original tags. Refunds will only be given in the instance of a faulty product.
Shipping.
Orders will be dispatched from Brisbane within 5 business days.
All packaging for postage is plastic-free - our Wrashies are sent in recycled cardboard mailers.
Deliveries (both within Australia and Internationally) are sent via carbon neutral shipping company Sendle.

Please check for any customs fees outside of Australia. The customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes within your own destination country.
Unfortunately there are ongoing delays for shipping within Australia and around the world. Waverley can not be held responsible for any delays in deliveries.

Payments on our website are taken by a secure third party payment gateway (Stripe). Waverley does not have access to your payment details. Your details will never be shared with any other companies. It is Waverley’s policy to respect your privacy and comply with any applicable law and regulation regarding any personal information we may collect about you, including across our website and other sites we utilise and operate.
